Sharing is (self) caring, too
The essence of Co-Nesting lies in the dynamic of both offering and receiving support; it’s about being open to the support of others while also becoming a source of support yourself.
The perinatal period -pregnancy through postpartum- is a time of significant vulnerability for women, accompanied by physical, psychological, and lifestyle changes. Perinatal mental health is an essential, yet often neglected, aspect of maternal and infant care that requires increased awareness and support.
Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Emotional Support Groups
We offer a therapeutic space to connect with others navigating similar experiences. Share fears, emotions and support one another, ensuring no one has to face this process alone. Together, we’ll create a nurturing environment to nourish ourselves through the experience of (co) sharing, offering mutual support, empathy and understanding.
You will find the support and guidance you need—therapy, counseling, psychoeducation—tailored to help you through this transformative period.
PRE-NATAL Emotional Support Group
The journey into motherhood is a profound and life-changing experience. While mental health is often addressed only postpartum, we believe the healthcare system works best when it prioritizes prevention over treatment.
Coordinated by a mental health professional, our Pre-Natal Emotional Support Group provides a safe space to address emotional needs during pregnancy. By offering early support, we help build a stronger foundation for a healthier transition into motherhood, ensuring that every step of your journey is supported—not only physically, but emotionally as well.
Join us for guidance, connection, and support during this transformative time.
POST-NATAL Emotional Support Group
Motherhood is deep and transformative, yet often unspoken. Postpartum emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, and isolation can leave new mothers feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. Rather than perceiving these struggles as problems to “fix,” we invite you to see them as an invitation to pause, reflect, and give yourself the space to evolve alongside others who truly understand your journey.
Coordinated by a mental health professional, our Post-Natal Emotional Support Group offers a nurturing space to co-share your experience with other women walking the same path. In this supportive community your emotions are seen as a natural part of growth, not as failures. As you share, listen, and support one another, everyone’s emotions and experiences are validated—fostering deep connections and the understanding that you are not alone.
Join us in this compassionate, co-nesting space where you and other mothers can navigate this transformative time together, embracing the journey, growing in connection, and finding strength in shared experience.

Individual Therapy
Growth is a lifelong process
I believe that an integrative approach to health relies on the interconnectedness of our body, mind, and environment. Well-being is not just about addressing the physical body or the mind in isolation; it’s about creating balance across all these aspects. When there is an imbalance, whether physical or emotional, dis-order emerges.
In the psychotherapy process, we will build a trusting, collaborative relationship to explore your symptoms and uncover the unconscious motivations and triggers that repeatedly lead you to the same patterns. By identifying these patterns, you can gain greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of who you are.
Addressing unconscious emotions and patterns enhances not only your mental health but also your relationships, life choices, and overall well-being.
Always the Right Time to Start this Journey
Individual therapy is a process of exploration and creation. I’m here to work with you, offering guidance, tools, and support to help you confidently navigate and embrace your personal journey. I provide online sessions for teens and adults, available in both Spanish and English.
If you feel like therapy might be what you need, or if you simply want to ask more questions about the process, I invite you to reach out.
About
Tamara Dresler
Pyschoanalyst, L.M.H.C
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with patients in a caring and supportive therapeutic space.
I earned my license in Clinical Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and hold a Mental Health Counselor License from the State of Florida (#MH17964). Prior to entering private practice, I trained at mental health clinics, psychotherapy institutions, and a general hospital, where I worked in both individual and group therapy.
As a mental health professional, mother, and immigrant, my experiences have inspired me to create Co-Nesting—a therapeutic space where women can come together, build meaningful connections, and foster a sense of belonging within their community.
